Karate
Tegwen started training in 2006 and is a Sandan with the Karate Union of Great Britain. She trains regularly with the KUGB clubs in Cambridge and Newcastle. She is also a Cambridge University Karate Club instructor and has competed with success in regional and national championships in both kata and kumite. She was also a member of the KUGB England kumite squad.
